What we collect and why

The enquiry form takes only what is typed into it: what the payments are, roughly what is still to be paid, the state you live in, a name and an email address. Its single purpose is putting the enquiry to buyers. Page usage is counted in aggregate, without cookies and without any identifier that could point at a person.

Legal basis and sharing

With your consent, given on the form, we share your enquiry with buyers who handle payment streams of that size, so they can reply to you. We share it with nobody else and we do not sell enquiry data to list brokers.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept for 24 months from when they are sent, then deleted, and any copy held to pass an enquiry to a firm has the name, email, phone and message removed at the same point. Aggregate statistics that identify nobody are kept indefinitely.

This site uses cookieless, aggregate analytics. No advertising cookies, no cross-site tracking, no consent banner needed.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a copy, or ask for deletion at any time: contact@structuredsettlementcompare.com. We respond within one month. You can complain to the Office of the Information and Data Protection Commissioner (idpc.org.mt), or to the data protection authority in the EU country where you live or work.
