Structured settlement quotes, and what a court has to find first
Nobody can buy your payments without a judge approving it first, and this is what the statutes actually say, quoted with the page and the day we read them.
- 13 requirements quoted verbatimEach one is a sentence from the statute itself, not a summary of it.
- Every quote dated and checkableThe page each quote came from is kept as text as it read on the day, last 2026-09-11.

How to read a cell
A cell is a quotation, not an answer: it says what the statute says, which a lawyer can cite, and never what you should do. No discount rate, fee or figure appears unless the page cited carries it. Where a statute is silent on a question the cell says so and names the section read; where a state's site would not let us read it at all, it says that instead.
